If you order an imported model, Samsung Pay is unavailable, even if it is supported in your country.
This is because Samsung restricts the use of Samsung Pay so that it only works with banks registered in the same country as the phone's origin. The origin country is recorded in the phone's firmware and cannot be adjusted by end users.
If you require the use of Samsung Pay in South Africa, we would recommend avoiding a "Special Import", although if Google Pay is available and acceptable to you, this will be available to download and unaffected.

For items that mention "Special Import, these items normally take 10 working days to be shipped as they are imported specially for you.
In the unlikely event of an item being out of stock, we will do our utmost to accomodate you.
Returns & Warranty
All items marked "Local Stock" carry the full manufacturer warranty in South Africa, normally for a period of 1 or 2 years.
All items marked "Special Import" do not carry the manufacturer warranty however are supported for a period of between 6-12 months by Connected Devices.
Our terms are proudly inaccordance with the CPA.
Payment
We require payment within 2 working days unless by prior arrangement.
We do not reserve stock for more than 2 working days.
