It has constant paper jam issues, hence we are not able to fully test it.

Also, it picks multiple paper when printing or copying, this leads to paper jam as well.

It does not show on the network when connected through the network cable.

USB connection works just fine.

It probably needs a firmware reset (we don't know how to do that).

No error message on the display (see photos).

Cables not included.

You could collect in Ferndale, Randburg, OR you could arrange your own transport/shipping.
