1. The phone does not open up fully, see pics below, the hinge seems to be faulty, it closes fine, but does not open all the way

2. Front screen has a small crack at the bottom and some dead pixels , the front screen touch works and you can use it normally

3. There are scratches and scuffs on the sides and back - nothing major
