Most items will normally ship within 2 working day of your order being processed.
For items that mention "Special Import, these items normally take 10 working days to be shipped as they are imported specially for you.
In the unlikely event of an item being out of stock, we will do our utmost to accomodate you.
All items marked "Local Stock" carry the full manufacturer warranty in South Africa, normally for a period of 1 or 2 years.
All items marked "Special Import" do not carry the manufacturer warranty however are supported for a period of between 6-12 months by us.
Our terms are proudly inaccordance with the CPA.
We require payment within 2 working days unless by prior arrangement.
We do not reserve stock for more than 2 working days.
