Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra (SM-G9980) Touchscreen Not Working Sold As Is

This is a fully original Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra SM-G9980. The phone powers on and works, but after a recent software update the touchscreen stopped responding.

Im not sure if the issue is caused by software or hardware. Ive looked at some repair guides online, but I dont have the technical expertise to fix it.

Condition Notes:

• Phone is fully original (never modified).

• The back shows signs of being opened (likely from a previous inspection/repair attempt).

• Despite the touchscreen not working, the phone can still be operated with a mouse and keyboard via OTG connection.

• No further testing has been done beyond this.
