Cosmetically the phone is in a decent condition. It had a tempered glass screen which was taken off, and the phones original screen is pretty much scratch free. 

Functionally the phone gets stuck on the splash screen on start-up.  It sometimes advances to a screen that shows installing system update or the error, No Command. 
My guess is that it needs a software reinstall.

The phone does charge, and it does seem to hold charge, but the phone only powers on when I plug it into a charger. Almost like its prompted by the charger to power on, and when I remove the charger once its powered on, it stays on. I charge it with a power bank to see if its actually charging.
