Condition
This is a used screen in good physical condition.
The display and panel present well for a used screen. We cannot see any significant physical damage or prominent scratches. There may be the usual small surface/use markings that can reasonably be expected from a previously used laptop screen.
We were informed that the screen was removed from a working laptop, but we have not independently tested the panel. It is therefore being sold on that basis.

Important Compatibility Information
Please check your existing screen's part number, resolution, connector type, connector position and mounting arrangement carefully before purchasing.
A laptop having a 17.3-inch screen does not automatically mean that this panel will fit it.
This screen uses a 40-pin LVDS connection. Many newer 17.3-inch laptops use eDP panels, which are not directly interchangeable.
Compatibility is the buyer's responsibility. We cannot accept a return or issue a refund where an incorrect or incompatible screen has been ordered.
If you are uncertain, first make sure your laptop model is listed above. If you are still unsure, please contact us with your laptop model and preferably the part number and clear photographs of the front and back of your existing screen before purchasing. We will assist you in checking compatibility as far as possible.
DOA and Installation
The screen is reportedly from a working laptop but has not been independently tested by us.
Should the screen be completely dead on arrival (DOA), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so that the matter can be investigated.
Damage caused during installation, incorrect connection, use with incompatible equipment, cracked panels, damaged connectors or other physical or electrical damage resulting from incorrect fitting will not be accepted as a DOA claim.
Laptop LCD panels are delicate electronic components and should preferably be installed by someone experienced with laptop repairs.
