You are bidding on a 2nd hand copier with 98% toner life. (About 24500 copies left on the cartridge, calculated within 5% more or less) A new cartridge gives you around 25000 (within 5%) copies . Consumable and spares prices can be checked on the net.
Machine has not been serviced, but is checked for clear copies. May have minor scratches or physical signs of wear, but in overall good condition.
