The device is covered in a stainless steel body and employs Samsung’s Smart Touch which allows effortless navigation of the cameras’ wide-ranging features. The digi cam is also equipped by 2.5″ LCD screens for easy viewing of pictures or thumbnails. Additionally, the NV8 boasts of an Advanced Shake Reduction (ASR) feature as well new Auto Contrast Balance (ACB) and Image Noise Reduction modes. Samsung’s NV8 has also got Face Detection feature and detects up to nine faces and mechanically regulate focus and exposure to make sure improved composition and image quality. All images taken by camera can be saved to cameras’ 20MB of internal memory or to an external SDHC/SD card with a certain maximum of 8GB. The NV8 comprise of a high-resolution movie mode, with the capacity to record at VGA resolution (640×480) at a utmost frame rate of 30fps.
