It's a full retail box, with the phone and all Accessories, including Garmin Navigation for Life, License card is in the box as well
Also part of the Kit is the Samsung car Cradle as well as a Samsung car Charger so you have a all in one navigation system as well
I will preload either Samsung's default Windows Mobile 6.1 the lastest ROM version or a Custom ROM of Window Mobile New 6.5 for this Phone, choice is yours
