It offers speeds ranging up to 52X Writing, 24X Rewriting, 52X CD Reading, and 16X DVD Reading. The SM-352 series offers an EIDE/ATAPI interface for easy installation and a high capacity buffer memory of 2MB to ensure smooth reading of any DVD-ROM. Mounted both horizontally and vertically, it includes Samsung's DVA (Dynamic Vibration Absorber) for reduced noise and vibration. The drive reads DVD-ROM, DVD-R, DVD-Video, CD-ROM, CD-R, CD-RW, CD-DA, CD-ROM/XA, Video-CD, Multisession Photo CD, Extra CD and CD Text.
