Now obsolete rank structures of the South African Police pre-1994. Worn only on the right sleeve. The camo pattern is second generation SAP camo and the pattern is still used today by the SAPS Special Task Force.  The rank of Lance-Sgt was discontinued in the early 90's and was replaced by the rank of Sgt 1st leg.
