SAR Ticket Office Punching Machine for Tickets

SAR Puching Ticket machine for tickets, not sure how it works, or if it still works!!I seem to remember these being in the ticket purchasing offices at the stations.(Has the SAR markings).Veeeery difficult item to locate,a real collectors piece!!!!
