About this painting:
I have used various "throw away" items and after gluing, these items were painted with acrylic and coated with gloss varnish or were embedded in the varnish to obtain the finished product. Unfortunately the photos does not do justice to the painting and it will look stunning in your home or office, even on your stoop as the varnish will protect it against moderate weather (no direct rain and sunshine though). I love doing these paintings as it gives me a change to just let go with my creativity and I feel good to know that in some small way, I am also doing something to protect our world.
Kindly note :
  • The painting will be securely packed to ensure it gets to you undamaged.
  •  Checkout/contact must be made within 24 hours after auction closed.
  •  Payment must be made within 48 hours. All transactions will be deemed as nil and void if checkout and payment was not done within 48 hours of the closing of the auction! Please refrain from bidding if you are unable to complete the transaction and communicate with me in the event of unforeseen circumstances preventing meeting this deadline. Should this happens, the painting will be re-listed and a negative rating will be filed against you as a buyer
  • Posting days are on Tuesdays and Fridays following confirmation of payment and that the money has been cleared by the bank.
  • Postage & Packaging will be an estimated amount of R100.00 for ordinary parcels and in tubes (unframed or unblocked canvasses), R70.00 and the package will be send via Registered Insured mail.    
  • Combined postage will be an additional 50% of the abovementioned cost, per additional item and will only occur if the paintings are of the same size and up to a maximum of 3 items in one package.
  •  Should you wish to have the painting couriered or send via Speed mail, kindly contact seller for additional postage cost.
  • I prefer to use good quality acrylic paints and varnish all my paintings to ensure durability and to enhance the colours.
  • Unfortunately with electronic photography, although all reasonable precautions are taken, the exact reproduction of the original cannot be guaranteed.
 
I live in Johannesburg and was recently lucky enough to escape from the corporate world. I rediscovered my passion for painting and hope that you will enjoy my paintings as much as I enjoyed painting them. My paintings are very affordable for the budget in mind buyer. I simply love colour and the beauty of all things around me and what a blessing to be able to create an extension of my love on canvas!
