Offered for your consideration is this Sawyer's Viewmaster Film Cutter.

This Film Cutter is for use with the Viewmaster Stereo Colour Camera Mark 11, which was introduced in 1962. It has an instruction pamphlet pasted onto the top plate.

The Film Cutter is in Good Cosmetic Condition, showing signs of use and storage.

I have no idea how it works but the cutting and spring mechanisms appear to be in order. The light fitting is faulty as the light goes off sporadically.
