About the Book
In this tense and psychologically intricate thriller, Michael Robotham brings back clinical psychologist Joe OLoughlin for one of his most haunting investigations. Three years after the disappearance of two teenage girls, a brutal double murder during a fierce blizzard reopens the cold case. A disturbed young mans claim of having seen a girl chased through the snow sets in motion a desperate search for truth and for survival.

Told in alternating perspectives that of psychologist Joe OLoughlin and missing teenager Piper Hadley Say Youre Sorry blends procedural tension with profound empathy for the lost and the broken. Robotham explores trauma, guilt, and the elusive border between reason and madness, sustaining a pace that is both tautly investigative and deeply human.

A study in endurance and the psychology of captivity as much as a thriller, the novels atmosphere of cold isolation amplifies its moral and emotional stakes.
