My items generally start at VERY reasonable prices, and it would therefore not make good business sense to sell items for less than they cost me to buy and prepare for resale. Therefore, please don't ask what the minimum price is that I would accept for a car or a lot,because the minimum price is indicated in the starting price. HOWEVER, if there are no bids on an item, I will consider any offer SIGNIFICANTLY ABOVE the listing price.
