• All transactions are to be completed within 48 hours from auction closure. Failure will result in adverse ratings, and possible civil action to recoup losses, or envisaged losses.
• If you cannot make payment within 48 hours, please arrange with me prior to auction closure.
• I reserve the right to close any auction, delete any bids, if i receive a decent cash offer prior to close of auction. I do sometimes place articles on behalf of other collectors, and cannot be held responsible if such item is sold prior to close of auction. It is specified underneath the photo(s) if the article is on behalf of a 3rd party, or my own stock, so please take note of this.
• Due to shift work, I will endeavour to post articles within 3 days from the date that payment is received by me. I do not usually post articles over week-ends unless asked to do so. Combining of articles permitted.
• Collections are allowed, please arrange a suitable time and confirm venue with me. Please note that you have 7 (seven) days in which to collect your items, failing which you shall incur a storage fee of R100-00 per week. If items are still not collected within 60 (sixty) days from auction, the items will be deemed to be no longer required and shall be forfeited back to the original seller (myself), and all monies paid will be nullified and void to cover costs, not limited to, such as storage fees and insurance, should something happen to the item.
• Once articles have been posted, I will not be held responsible for any theft or damages incurred. All items are accompanied by an actual photo (where possible) and I will therefore not except returns, unless items are still sealed or slabbed as they were sold by myself.
