Here on auction we have a scarce SAMS medical service aide-de-camp aguillette arm-cord for officers - unused as new condition.
I believe that this is the "double" rope version used by more senior officers in the SAMS/ SAMHS eg. Mil attaches for service dress with a tunic.
Last pic shows this item (left) next to a SA Army (red) version for comparison purposes.
