An automobile liquor decanter made in Italy c.1960's?  Not uncommon but this particular one is stamped "R.S.A. Agencies Pretoria".  Also interesting is the stamp for the Republic of San Marino known as the oldest surviving sovereign state. This state is surrounded by Italy and is just over 61 Square km in size. I could find no cracks or chips. Length of the decanter is about 220mm without the cork.      Postage R 41.
