4. How to take this product.
Adults take one capsule two to three times daily. Children under 12 take one capsule daily. Swallow the capsule with a little water.
5. Possible side effects:
Contraindications: Sceletium is contraindicated when taking psychiatric medication, including antipsychotic drugs, monoamine oxidase inhibitors and benzodiazepines.
