This Schrade F16 tactical neck knife features a thick 3.1" 9Cr18MoV high carbon stainless steel full-tang blade and contoured G10 handle scales. The thermoplastic sheath is a friction fit model that is very sturdy and secures the knife well but allows for a quick, easy draw from the neck.
