Markings on the base read: Peyo, Germany, 1994, Schleich. Please have a look at the pictures - the smurf you see in the pictures is the exact one you will get upon winning the auction. Note that this is a key chain version, and still an original Schleich product. Hefty is pretty hard to find. He can either be used as a key chain, or what I've done in the past is to remove the chain and display him as a regular Smurf Figurine.
