Schlumbergera truncata "Christmas cactus" (Zygocactus)

Well known epiphytic cactus from Brazil. Although often referred to as "christmas cactus" by us in South Africa they usyally flower around October/November.

Needs more water then your normal cactus and does not really like a lot of sun. Semi-shade works best, they grow nicely in pots or hanging baskets.

On offer here is the classic pink form, we will make other, imported colours available (including white, peach,orange and purple) later in the year.
