How to Use
Raw sea moss must be properly prepared before use:
Rinse thoroughly to remove debris
Soak in spring or filtered water for 1224 hours
Blend with clean water to make sea moss gel
Add gel to smoothies, teas, soups, or foods
Storage Instructions
Store dry sea moss in a cool, dry place
Refrigerate prepared gel and use within 23 weeks

SEA SALT AT THIS STAGE IS ESSENTIAL TO ENSURE THAT THE RAW SEA MOSS DOES NOT GET MOULD OR GETS SPOILED DURING DIFFERENT CONDITIONS OF STORAGE, AND ALSO TO ENSURE THAT IT CAN BE STORED FOR A VERY LONG TIME. PLEASE ENSURE TO WASH THE SEA MOSS 2-3 TIMES AFTER OPENING WITH PURIFIED WATER TO GET IT CLEANED.
