In the cellar minimal intervention in the natural process of vinification is the policy, allowing each cultivar to express its individual characteristics and that of the soils of their origin. An elegant wine with rich dark colour, billowing blackberry/cherry fruit and vanilla tones on the nose and palate. Well-balanced dry tannins end a soft, minerally finish. An ideal companion to fine cuisine. Serve at 19 degrees. Ideal with stews; chargrilled chicken; venison; ossobucco; red meat dishes; cheese souffles or flavourful cheeses.
