This item is secondhand and in good condition. To the North of Stellenbosch lies the Hartenberg Cellar where man and the elements of nature bring their energies together to create a range of very special wines. Vinification: Maceration for 16 days was followed by a fractional pressing. The wine went into 225 litre French Oak barrels for 12 months. Bottling Date: Summer 2005 - Autumn 2006. Cellaring: Up to 5 years from vintage. Ideal Match: Rich meat stews or baked vegetable dishes. Contains Sulphites, 14,5% volume and certified by the Wine and Spirit Board (0758812 - 5067).
