This item is secondhand and in good condition. This wine is dominated by Shiraz but contains small quantities of Mourvedre, Grenache and the very aromatic grape, Viognier. These varieties complement one another and produce wines of great complexity and interest. The Brampton range of wines are handcrafted. Natural methods for fermentation and clarification are part of our winemaking philosophy. This wine spent 16 months in large French-oak casks and shows incredible complexity - cloves, white pepper, black cherries, liquorice and hints of dark chocolate are prominent on the nose. It is a full-bodied, supple wine with a long finish. This wine will complement a variety of delicious dishes, due to its accessibility and flavour profile.
