In the cellar minimal intervention in the natural process of vinification is the policy, allowing each cultivar to express its individual characteristics and that of the soils of their origin. This wooded Merlot has soft strawberry tones on the nose with a rich, fruity palate and soft, balanced tannins, ensuring drinkability. Serving Suggestions: Serve at 19 degrees celsius. Ideal with stews, chargrilled chicken, venison, lamb, red meat dishes, ossobucco, cheese souffles, smoked ham, roast lamb or flavourful cheeses'. 14% volume and contains sulphites.
