Warranty Terms From Supplier Are As follows:
-All AGM batteries carry a 12-month warranty on manufacturing defects. Our warranty does not cover premature decreases in capacity/cycles over a period due to load-shedding.

1.1. Under normal usage 12 months.
1.2. Full credit, 7 days out-of-box warranty for defective batteries.
1.3. Fully completed "Battery Return" forms are required for each return before the unit is accepted
for testing. Ensure that the customer provides sufficient information to complete the form.
1.4. All warranty claims are dependant on battery usage and evaluation by Energon SA.
1.5. Credits will be provided based on the results of the evaluation. Customers should not expect 100%
credits where batteries were used beyond 30 days.
1.6. All claims shall be handled through our customers, and we will have no direct communication
with end-users.
1.7. It is our customers duty to inform their customers of the provisions contained in our Warranty
