We guarantee that all of our watches are totally authentic. We also offer a personal replacement guarantee against any immediate faults or damage that may occur to the item during the delivery process.

We are based in Cape Town, and dispatch our watches via the South African Postal Service. Our postage and packaging price is:

R25.00 Economic Parcel with full tracking. Delivery time 2 to 5 working days.

R42.00 Overnight counter to counter.

We dispatch 5 days per week (Monday to Friday), provided that your payment reaches us by 12:00pm (noon) on a weekday. Items paid for after 12:00pm Friday will be dispatched on Monday.

Payment methods accepted are:

Bobpay - No extra charges for all major credit and debit cards.

Direct deposit into our bank account - Bank details will be supplied if this payment method is chosen.

COD - Only if the item is picked up in person.

Other payment methods can also be discussed but please email us before placing a bid.

Please ensure that you contact us within 48 hours of the end of the auction and your payment reaches us within 7 days. Please don't send a message to say you will pay when in Cape Town. Payment is strictly within 7 days. However, you can pay and pickup when in Cape Town.

We check all of our watches to ensure that they are in perfect condition before sending them to our buyers.

Buyers who wish to request for refund must do so within 7 days upon the arrival of the watch. We will only refund if the buyer receives a watch that is damaged or not as described in the item's auction page. Only watches returned in original condition without any physical changes (scratches, shortening of bracelet, etc.) will be entitled to a refund.
