Seiko Diashock ladies mechanical hand winding watch 1960s/1970s
The watch needs to go to a jeweler and have a service/oil , the mechanism works ( when winding you can hear the winding mechanism works ) but it hasn't been service/oiled in about 20 years so definitely needs a service/oil as it does not keep time and hands don't move
Watch in fair/good condition
