- We do prefer to not polish watches, watches can be polished on request.
- The age of the watch is determined by the date on the paperwork. If no paperwork is available, an approximate age is determined.  We do not accept any liability on the accuracy of the age of the watch we provide.
- Bracelet and/or Strap sizes may vary. A pre-owned watch may not always be supplied with a full length bracelet and/or strap depending on how it was received when purchased by us. Please check with us before purchasing .
- All prices include VAT. VAT can be deducted when exporting outside of South Africa by us. 

Royal Watch Warranty
We know the value of peace-of-mind, so every pre-owned watch we sell comes with a 6-month warranty in addition to any remaining manufacturer's warranty it may also have.
In the event that your watch does not function in the way that it should, we will have it expertly assessed and/or repaired by our master german watchmaker.

What if there's something wrong with my watch ?
* If you have any remaining manufacturer's warranty, then you can send your watch to them for repair either via us or via an authorised retailer.
* If your watch is covered by the Royal Watch Warranty but not the manufacturer's warranty, then we will undertake the repairs in conjunction with the manufacturer where necessary.
* If your watch is not covered by any warranty then you can send it in to us for a quote. Any work undertaken by us will be covered by a further 6 month warranty.

Important Information
The warranty provided by Royal Watch covers manufacturing and mechanical defects only. Our warranty is subject to the same terms and conditions as the manufacturer warranty.
The standard manufacturer warranty does not cover theft or loss of the watch. Normal wear-and-tear or damage caused to the watch by accidents or mishandling/mistreatment are also excluded, as well as damage caused to a watch due to submersion in water which is against the manufacturer's guidance.
In particular, wear of the watch strap is not covered by the warranty. Any modification of a watch by the addition or substitution of components by aftermarket products which have not been provided by the manufacturer will also invalidate the warranty.
The use of aftermarket components can severely compromise the technical performance, reliability and water resistance of the watch.
We do not guarantee any pre-owned watches to be water resistant.

Payment
We require payment within 2 working days unless by prior arrangement.
We do not reserve stock for more than 2 working days.
We welcome payment via BOBPay (EFT), Direct Cash Deposit, Wire Transfer, Discovery Miles, Bitcoin and Mobi-cred.
