Seiko Sonola Transistor date clock, made in Japan - in a very good condition

Seiko Sonola Transistor date clock - made in Japan. The clock works on an electromagntical pendulum system.  Shows the date and day and automatically updates the date at midnight.  IN a very good condition with what appears to be the original convex glass and lower glass over the pendulem.  The clock keeps time fairly accurately and the spped of the clock may be increased or decreased by turning the white bob on the pendulum. Dimensions = 42 x 8,5 x 26 cm.  There doesn't appear to be a chime and it doesn't chime on either the hour or half hour.   No damage to the glass or veneer.

Note that the rear battery compartment shows battery acid damage.

Postage will be R100 due to the large weight, size and careful packaging required - unfortunately this item cannot be combined.
