What is a Hot Water Curler, you ask? Well, it is a plastic cylindrically shaped curler that contains a gel within the curler. The gel holds the heat and holds the secret of its success. How does it work you dubiously inquire? There are two ways one can use the Hot Water Curlers. Place the curlers in a pot of boiling water and let boil for 3-4 minutes and then carefully remove the curlers, shaking off excess moisture and set your hair. Leave the curlers in for about 10-15 minutes or until you have the desired curl. The longer the curler stays in your hair, the tighter the curl; less time yields a looser curl.
