A Collection of Fifteen Silver Medallions from the East African Wild Life Society.
Proof Struck on 24ct Gold Electroplated Sterling Silver (so marked on the edge with hallmarks). Diameter 50.5 mm. Mass 66.8 gm. Each Medallion Contains 2 ounces of Fine (pure) Silver. In beautiful condition with mirror-like fields and slightly frosted designs. Comes protected inside well-made (better than the ones from the SA Mint) transparent plastic capsules. One of the capsules is slightly damaged.
The reverse of each medallion has the name of the animal. The design is otherwise the same. It has been signed by Anthony Jones.
