How does it work? 

Radian Massage Cream is a cream containing menthol, camphor, methyl salicylate and capsicum oleoresin. It works by reducing inflammation and by causing counter-irritation in the area where it is applied, which helps to soothe pain in the underlying tissues.
Methyl salicylate is a derivative of aspirin and has an anti-inflammatory effect. When applied to the skin it is absorbed into the underlying tissues, where it reduces pain and inflammation in the local area.
Camphor, methyl salicylate and capsicum oleoresin are counter-irritants. When applied to the skin they cause cause redness and a sensation of heat to be produced. This distracts the brain from the original pain and therefore reduces the perception of pain.
Menthol causes the blood vessels on the surface of the skin to widen. It causes a sensation of coldness followed by a reduction in pain.

How do I use it? 

For adults and children over six years of age, the cream should be applied to the painful area and slowly massaged in. For muscle strains and stiffness it is best applied after a warm bath. Wash your hands thoroughly after applying the cream to avoid getting it in your eyes or transferring it to sensitive areas of skin.If symptoms persist despite treatment, seek medical advice from your doctor or pharmacist.
