A SET OF 3 ORIENTAL (JAPANESE) ETCHINGS. 2 DEPICT TREES NEXT TO THE ROAD AND THE THIRD A PAGODA WITHIN A GARDEN. THE ETCHINGS ARE ALL INITIALED IN PENCIL ('E.G. or E.S.') AND DATED 1872, 1874 AND 1876 RESPECTIVELY. ALL 3 ARE FRAMED IN IDENTICAL FRAMES WITH IDENTICAL BLACK MOUNTS AND ARE GLAZED. THE FRAMES APPEAR TO BE OF A SOMEWHAT LATER PERIOD THAN THE ETCHINGS (EARLY 20TH CENTURY.) 2 OF THE ETCHINGS ARE VERTICAL AND THE THIRD HORIZONTAL. ALL THREE ARE IN VERY GOOD CONDITION.

DIMENSION OF THE ETCHINGS. THE FRAMES ARE OF IDENTICAL SIZE. THE THIRD ETCHING (PICTURED HERE) IS 8 x 9 cm IN SIZE. THE OTHER TWO ARE BOTH 8 x 6 cm IN SIZE.
