He clearly served and then came to Rhodesia and served many years with the B. S. A. Police, becoming Chief Superintendent.
The Long Service and Good Conduct police medal (no Ribbon) is also named to him.
This auction includes 6 of his buttons and a pair of Sterling silver military cufflinks.
The Colonial Police Medal is valued at £400 - £500 in the latest medal yearbook.
