Set of bowls in old leather case

A set of bowls in an old leather case. The bowls look to be in a reasonable condition, the leather case is fairly tatty and has some wear on the one side - see pictures - but the zip still works. Please note I do not know whether these bowls are wood or plastic made to look like wood. They are very heavy. Bowls are marked with a windmill and 19-28. There is another marking on the side I can't make out.
