These are Rare and not the typical GI war souvenir. This is a quality heavy leather construction belt pouch intended exclusively for Medics in the field. inside the lid is a full listing, on paper in German of the medical contents.

There is also a prominent Waffenamt of spread eagle over W2A 279. A rare German WW2 Medic's Pouch not often encountered.

Size: 160 x 90 x 110 mm

The one bag are marked and have a content list the other not.
