DESCRIPTION:

A typically 1950's Retro, with distinctly English styling, 18 piece set of black and
white glazed porcelain tea trio's, each piece decorated with gilt transfer-printed
roses and leaves, cups with blue, green, grey, orange, lilac and yellow pearlised lustre
glazed interiors. Set comprises: 6 X tea cups, 6 X saucers and 6 X tea / cake plates.

MARKS:

No maker's marks. Possibly Gloria Fine China or Novelle Fine China.

CONDITION:

All pieces with fine overall scratches and wear to gilt, with some areas of loss.
Orange cup with a pronounced rim chip and lilac cup with overall wear to interior.

DIMENSIONS:

Cups approximately 8.5cm diameter X 7cm height, saucers 15cm X 2cm and plates 16.5cm X 1.5cm.
