Hi there, I have these incredible lithographs which are 237 years old. The works are of Francesco Bartolozzi, an Italian engraver known for his famous works of the Classical and Baroque period. Lithgraphs from this period are of mesuem quallity today, attached is a link to one being displayed in The Met: https://www.metmuseum.org/art/collection/search/390234
The fact that I have a set only increases there provinance and value. The pictures are framed in vintage gilted gold frames, the frames are a little damaged, but that only adds to the overall character of the pieces.
Valuing pieces such as these is near impossible, given that in South Africa, it would be near impossible to find pictures such as this. Prices vary, depending on condition (condition of these is near perfect) and style. I have found they can range from anywhere of 500 pounds upwards.
