SETTLERS AGAIN !! Vintage (or older) Silver Plated Van Riebeeck Plate Butter Pat Dish/Tray with Lid

VINTAGE SILVER PLATED VAN RIEBEECK BUTTER PAT DISH/TRAY - ORNATELY DECORATED

Although I have listed this Unique and ornamental item as "Vintage" , it does appear to be older based on the Ornate design on the sides and handles. Vintage is however the age of the item which I am CERTAIN of

A Unique rectangular shaped Butter Pat Dish in that it actually has a portion besides the Dish which serves as a Tray. An ornately BEAUTIFUL pattern has been used along the sides in a ribbed design and each corner is decorated with Floral, Leaf and Scroll patterns. The Tray/Dish is also fitted with a pair of ornately designed handles.

This MAGNIFICENT Butter Pat Tray/Dish comes complete with its Original Dome shaped Lid which is fitted with a finial as a handle, and although the item is completely functional it also has Ornamental value on any table

Stamped underneath the Dish -- "VAN RIEBEECK PLATE, BM MOUNTS, EPNS"

This item has normal age related wear and VERY faint patina has begun to form which could be polished. Otherwise the item is in PERFECT vintage condition with NO rust, damages or breakages and NO dents
