This wonderful old book was published by the Johannesburg Municipality to mark its 70th anniversary and is filled with brilliant articles about the city and its facilities and their development. With loads of photgarphs from Jo'burg's beginnings to the fifties, and also with loads of fabulous full-page ads from that era. This is a heavy, large format book, approx 38 x 25 x 5cms. Please don't hesitate to ask any questions. The book is free from foxing, although there is some mild water staining to the edge of some pages.
