Accommodation is in 49 en-suite individually decorated rooms furnished with antique masterpieces echoing the African Colonial charm that is created by the main complex. Our luxury rooms and rondavels are surrounded by the lush tropical gardens.

• Upon validating your voucher, Central Reservations will contact you to finalize your booking.
• Please present the voucher on arrival.
• This voucher is issued on a two persons sharing basis.
• The prize is room / accommodation with breakfast only. 
• Any additional costs not mentioned in this voucher (such as meals and drinks) will be the responsibility of the voucher holder. 
• Valid until 31 July 2014. 
• Not exchangeable for cash and is not transferable. 
• The use of this voucher excludes our High Season dates (the period 15 December 2013 - 15 January 2014, Public Holidays and Long Weekends).
• Subject to availability. 

2 day car hire from First Car Rental Includes:

• 2 day car rental in a group B vehicle, which may be redeemed at any one of the 43 locations around the country. 
• 100km's free per day
• R60 contract fee and VAT, Collision Damage Waiver, Theft Loss Waiver. 
• Any additional charges and fuel are excluded and therefore renter needs to have a valid credit card. 

Terms and Conditions of car hire:

• The prize may not be used in conjunction with any other special offer from First Car Rental and is valid for 6 months from the date of issuing the prize. 
• Rental is subject to availability and cannot be redeemed in our peak season. 
• The prize winner must have a valid driver's licence. 
• This prize is not transferable. 

SATSA TERMS AND CONDITIONS: 

• As the validity of SATSA member product vouchers vary between 6 to 12 and even 24 months from date of issue, it is important that the purchaser checks the validity, and any special booking exclusion dates applicable to each auction offer, prior to purchase.
• All vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• All vouchers are strictly subject to availability and terms are not standard, so familiarize yourself with the Terms and Conditions applicable to each product and book well in advance and indicate ‘SATSA bidorbuy Auction’ on the reservation that you will make directly with the product owners.
• To redeem your vouchers and book, please contact the reservation departments directly, quoting ‘SATSA bidorbuy Auction’ and reference numbers where applicable and please be so kind to take with you the original voucher that will be mailed to you by SATSA to present it to the reception on your arrival.
• All additional expenses accrued that are not included on the prize vouchers will have to be settled in full on departure.
• The winning bid will be considered a purchase contract between SATSA and the successful bidder and the winning bid amount will be payable within 14 days from the closing date of the auction. 
• Should payment not be received within 14 days, SATSA reserves the right to cancel the purchase contract and place the product back on auction
