Delivery

Items which has a size chart under the description are delivered within 7 working days. For formal wear please allow 15 working days. For wedding attire please allow 30 days and Wedding Dresses 60 days. Please note that for Post Office shipping it might take a few extra days. Yancox cannot be held liable for any loss of items during shipping. Please note that item is subject to fabric availability and may take an extra week.

Returns

Because orders are custom made, it cannot be returned. If an item has a size chart under the description and a wrong size was ordered, it may be exchanged for another size within 14 days after date of receipt. Client will need to bare the shipping cost of both receiving the new item and returning the previous one. Items are non refundable.
