A sweet and lovely trio by the renowned manufacturers of porcelain, Shelley, in a pattern called “Wine Grape”. It is called thus because each piece has, against a pure white background, light and dark purple grapes and green vines trailing around it. Each piece is lightly scalloped and the edges gilded. The back stamp dates the manufacture of this trio to 1945-1966, making this lovely trio at least half a century old!

All three pieces are in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or crazing. The gilding is intact and the colours bright. There are a few extremely fine scratches from usage. The cup measures about 8.2 cm across (excluding the handle) and is 7 cm high. The diameter of the saucer is about 14 cm and its height 2 cm. The cake plate measures about 15.3 cm across.

Postage is R60 through SAPO or R100 with PostNet per trio. Combinations done at R10 extra per item. Please add 3% to the sale price if you wish your parcel to be insured against loss by SAPO.
