We will refund the full price of any unsuitable products in their original unopened packaging. For opened products, the supplier / manufacturer / Distributor may deduct or charge a reasonable amount for any use of the products plus certain costs necessary for repackaging and restocking, subject to the CPA. These costs are usually up to 25% of the cost of the products.
The Shelly Plus Add-On is a small galvanically isolated expansion board that plugs into compatible Shelly Plus, Gen3, and Gen4 devices to add extra sensor and I/O capability beyond the host device's built-in inputs. It supports up to five DS18B20 temperature probes (via 1-Wire), or a single DHT22, plus NTC thermistors, photoresistors, PIR motion sensors, soil moisture sensors, and ultrasonic proximity sensors, making it useful for temperature-based automations like boiler control, freeze protection, or greenhouse monitoring.
