The Sherlotronics TX6_ICON 6-Button Glow-in-the-Dark Code-Hopping Keyring Remote is a compact multi-function transmitter for compatible gate, garage-door, alarm and access-control receivers. It is suited to homeowners, installers and small commercial sites that need several separately programmed commands from one keyring remote. Six clearly marked icon buttons make functions easier to recognise, particularly in low-light conditions.

• Controls up to six functions. Six individually selectable buttons let one remote operate multiple compatible receiver channels, such as a gate, garage door, alarm or lighting output.
• Easy to identify in low light. The glow-in-the-dark icon buttons help you find and distinguish the controls at night.
• Code-hopping transmission. The changing transmission code helps reduce the risk associated with simple fixed-code copying when used with a compatible Sherlotronics code-hopping receiver.
• Stable radio performance. A crystal-controlled transmitter maintains the operating frequency within approximately ±100 kHz.
• Low-battery indication. The LED flashes when the battery is running low, giving you advance notice that replacement may be required.
• Long typical battery service. The manufacturer specifies approximately two years or 10,000 activations under typical operating conditions.
• Positive button response. Rubber-like buttons are designed to press easily and provide a clear tactile click.

Compatibility & Frequency

Compatible with Sherlotronics code-hopping receivers operating on the same frequency as the remote. The TX6_ICON is available in 403 MHz and 433 MHz variants, and the two frequencies are not interchangeable. Check the frequency printed on your existing receiver, remote or product packet before ordering.

The receiver and any gate, garage-door or alarm equipment are sold separately. The remote must be programmed into the compatible receiver before use.

Did You Know?

• The icons are visual references rather than permanently assigned functions. The actual action performed by each button depends on how it has been programmed into the receiver.
• Two TX6_ICON remotes can look almost identical while operating on different frequencies. A 403 MHz remote will not communicate with a receiver that requires the 433 MHz version, even though both use code-hopping technology.
• The quoted 500 m range is measured in unobstructed open-air conditions. Walls, reinforced concrete, metal gate structures, electrical equipment and radio interference can reduce the practical operating range.
